The Yorkshire & Humber Pensioners Convention (YHPC) are organising a national bus conference “Campaigning for Outstanding Bus Services” on Saturday June 17th 2023 11am to 4pm.
They aim to bring together activists, campaigners and trade unionists from across the UK to share experiences and develop plans for actions to save and improve our bus services.

The YHPC has an active transport group which campaigns around transport issues, particularly the crisis in bus services.
In December 2019 they published our transport manifesto, “Better Bus Services: good for people, good for the planet”. (Read it here.) This has led to us working with other groups to organise this conference.

Cost: Zoom attendance is free, £5 charge for face-to-face attendees to help cover buffet costs.
